A Buddist tale!

I try not to write my blog when I am too emotional about something. I feel I may not be able to see things objectively when I am too emotional. One such entry that I regret is the “mean world syndrome”!
We are all like blind men, in the Buddhist tale, trying to understand an elephant, the reality! Each of us just try to accumulate the facts and try to rationalize and celebrate that as our victory in understanding the world. Let us not jump into conclusions with our half-knowledge about the reality! The world is neither mean nor rosy... its infinite....billions and billions of years old! Let’s explore it together! Calling it by names will make us as ignorant as these blind men in the elephant tale!
And so these men of Indostan
Disputed loud and long,
Each in his own opinion
Exceeding stiff and strong,
Though each was partly in the right,
And all were in the wrong!

so is this a recant of the older post then? ;)

I wont say that its a recant. Thats (older post)how an emotional Uma would react, and this is how a calmer Uma would react! If that was my first step, this is my second step in this journey of thoughts! I would not say that first step was not important!

Many happy returns of the day!

it would be nice to see signed thoughts! anonymous thoughts sort of gives an incomplete message!

Wont u know this thro google analytics?

I don’t know if you have ever used this google analytic, it is impossible to track the individual access, that too when there is many hits, I have an average of 300 to 500 hits per week, by the time you were leaving the comment there may be at least 10 other reading it! I use google analytic, mainly for my professional database site, the blog one was just a trial but now days it encourages me to write, seeing that there are at least 300 people per week interested in my writing!

More over I do not understand the psychology of people who are afraid to attach their name to their thoughts! I have written some nasty comments in some blog; still I like the people to know that this is the crazy Uma and her crazy ideas! I don’t like to my ideas to become an orphan! But all the anonymous comments in my blog are not orphans most them discuss with me in person after leaving an anonymous comment!

If its just a 'normal' comment about an entry , the comment is more important than the name, I usually do not worry about the name, I am just happy with the people's reaction to my entry! But for something like a birthday wish...Its not fair...

afraid? is a big word so sad u think like this. This is just being prank & playful thats all. You seem to be attaching too much to this. If you are intelligent enough you could still find thro Google analytics. Many enterprises use it imagine they get like 1000's of hit an hour, urs shldnt be harder.
Anyway its nice to see you puzzled and guessing, u shld have now become 2 years younger this way!! u shld thank me.

I thought some provocative word like ‘afraid ‘may reveal the identity! Finally I guess it did! The corporate make money by digging the Google analytic results but I don’t! I will feel like a curious psycho, if I did that!

As a teenager, I was curious enough to go behind and try to find the identity of an anonymous phone calls or anonymous greeting card! Luckily I don’t feel like doing stuff like that anymore!
If you think, I may feel 2 years younger being puzzled, I am sorry I will not thank you for that, I like growing up and not growing down! But thanks for the birthday wishes!
